Rafael Cardenas, BS, JD, is CEO of HAND CRAFTED SPIRITS in Seattle Washington.

Rafael is passionate about: HCS, flying his twin engine plane and motorcycling.

Rafael was awarded the first Howard Hughes Undergraduate Fellowship to attend UCLA School of Engineering. He then graduated from UCLA Law School.

He was an engineer, practiced patent, civil and criminal law. He obtained several $ million plus judgments.

HCS has offices in Seattle and Hong Kong. HCS represents 6 small - batch and micro distilleries, producing 20 different spirits. HCS exports and distributes liquors to Hong Kong, China and Asia.

The company exhibited at the 2012 International Hong Kong Wine & Spirit Fair and the 2013 Wine & Gourmet - Japan.
