Foshan Torch Innovation Park is a tripartite joint project of the Torch High Technology Industry Development Centre under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Foshan Municipal People’s Government. The project objectives are: to serve as a public services platform for the research, incubation and commercialization of high technologies; to provide a humane workplace environment for hi-tech talents so as to attract high technologies; to promote the commercialization of high technologies in Foshan by serving as a base for the incubation of hi-tech industries and related start-ups.
