Lili Zheng is specialized in advising multinational corporations (MNCs) on their inbound and outbound investments into and from the United States with a special focus on MNCs doing business in the Greater China region.

Ms Zheng is a senior international tax partner with Deloitte, with 23 years of experience in international tax planning for MNCs. Lili has worked in the Deloitte offices in San Francisco, Tokyo, Beijing, San Jose and Hong Kong. Lili has extensive knowledge in IPO positioning, inversion structuring, establishing offshore IP holding companies, implementing cost-sharing arrangements, and advising on entry and exit strategies for cross-border investments. Before joining AP ICE, she was also the Deputy Managing Partner of Deloitte Chinese Services Group in the United States.

Lili is a frequent speaker in Atlas, BIO, Council for International Tax Education (CITE), Financial Executives International (FEI), Tax Executive Institute (TEI), etc. She was voted by International Tax Review as one of the top US tax advisors in 2002-2003. In 2004 Lili was awarded AWIB Leadership award by Asian Women In business. In March 2010, Lili received the Women of Influence Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal. In July 2012, Ms. Zheng was named one of the Leading Woman in Business Law by the Euromoney Legal Media Group.
