The Hon Jeffrey Lam, GBS, JP
Council Member, Hong Kong Trade Development Council

Mr Jeffrey Lam is a non-official member of the Executive Council and a member of the Legislative Council of HKSAR. He is also a National Committee Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Mr Lam holds a Bachelor Degree from Tufts University, USA. He has over 30 years of experience in the toy industry and is currently the Managing Director of Forward Winsome Industries Limited which is engaged in toy manufacturing.

Mr Lam is currently Chairman of the Mega Events Fund Assessment Committee, member of the Board of the Airport Authority Hong Kong and the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. He is a council member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.

In 2011, he was awarded the honor of the Gold Bauhinia Star and the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2004. In 1996, he was appointed Justice of the Peace and awarded an MBE. Mr Lam was also awarded the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 1989, and the Outstanding Award – Hong Kong Toy Industry in 1999.
