David Bloch, an IP litigator at Winston & Strawn LLP in San Francisco, has broad and deep experience with the issues confronting businesses from and in Asia. He has travelled extensively throughout the region and has represented and been adverse to major companies in Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. In 2011, Mr Bloch was an invited lecturer at the OECD's INTERNATIONAL ROUNDTABLE ON INNOVATION POLICIES IN HONOR OF THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF CHINA’S PARTICIPATION IN THE OECD’S COMMITTEE FOR SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL POLICY in Beijing.
