Mr Craig Miller

Craig Miller brings decades of operational and financial advisory experience to his role as CEO of ACG Chicago. He has worked with hundreds of great volunteers to build the targeted networks in the organization. As a Board Member, he co-chaired Chicago’s original Capital Connection in 2002 and the first venture forum “Powering Growth” in 2007. Craig also served as a Director of ACG Global where he chaired the interwoven website development allowing each chapter to focus on their members’ most critical local needs yet have global access to ACG.
Prior to joining ACG Chicago formally in the late summer of 2007, Craig worked on private equity investments, strategic advisory, and valuation analyses for privately held companies through Oak Ridge Capital between 2003 and 2007. In addition, he managed a 363 bankruptcy in 2002. Between 1993 and 2002, Mr Miller was Managing Director of Valuemetrics, where he was active in structuring and executing buyouts, debt placements, transaction analyses for ownership transition and management buyouts, fairness opinions, and ESOP development.
Mr Miller received his BA from Baldwin Wallace College and his graduate education at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
